Dr. Mark Pimentel is a renowned gastroenterologist and researcher, serving as the Executive Director of the Medically Associated Science and Technology (MAST) program at Cedars-Sinai. He is widely recognized for his pioneering work on IBS and SIBO, having published over 150 scientific papers and authored two books on the subjects.
